I parked my Peugeot 206 car in the garage filled to capacity, surely over the allowed limit, on Sunday 01/12/2019. When I picked it up the car had some paint abrasions on the right side of the rear bumper. The car is certainly old, but anyway I pointed it out, without any speculative purpose, only to expect them to pay more attention to it in every circumstance and for every car, considering that the parking cost € 4.00 per hour. I received only an arrogant attitude of the owner, I believe, and his son. I would have preferred at least an apology or the offer of a reduction in the price of parking that I certainly would not have accepted. By now whatever happens in Naples you just have to succumb. Not only do unauthorized parking attendants have no power.

Very discouraged, I found the mirror on the right side broken, the staff was rude and when asked to see the videos of the cameras they almost kicked me out of the garage, saying I didn't have them. The owner gave me a liar saying "it's my word against yours"
