I'm sorry because I was comfortable but after giving me an appointment at a pre-arranged time I introduce myself to the center and I find it closed, without any ticket that would justify the sudden closure (the center does the continuous schedule) so clients are not treated like this, whereas even after half an hour from the scheduled time I find it still closed.
