We called 3 days before to rent 3 e-bikes with as many seats for a full day. The owner confirmed availability but on the day of collection he told us that he had said he did not have the seats and that perhaps we had called someone else. Having tried to call several, I thought I was wrong but when I call back the number that gave me the confirmation, his phone magically rings. False

Maximum availability, seriousness and collaboration. The owner looked after us even though we didn't buy the bikes from him. If you are looking for a suitable place to rent / buy electric (or traditional) bikes here in the area, this is the right place! Only top quality bikes! He made us feel at home!

Thanks to the perfect advice I rented the excellent bike here for a week in the Conero, a MTB. Although I always went on the roads, MTB is the best choice, some roads are very steep. The bike was kept in perfect condition

My partner and I call to rent two e-bikes for the next day, the shopkeeper confirms availability and it is recommended to arrive at 8.30. The next morning shortly before arriving at the shop he calls us and tells us that our bikes are "broken" and he doesn't have any available ... the strange thing is that people were constantly coming to take bikes, maybe he was wrong about availability ? We protest that he could warn us the night before that they were broken so we would avoid waking up early and wasting time. The shopkeeper did not apologize or try to make up for it in any way (postpone the booking to the next day? Point out some colleague?) And indeed at a certain point he even raised his voice. Disorganized, rude and fake. There are far better rentals in the area.
