Coming down from the historic center of Sirolo to go towards Numana, on the curve where Villa Vetta Marina is located and which is part of it, there is a small but beautiful Chapel: the Church of Divino Amore. History has it that this was built by Federico Bianchelli, owner of Vetta Marina, after having had a dream in which St. Francis had appeared to him, who had been there in that place, since in remote times that house was a Benedictine convent and from where the Saint had also predicted the coming of the Holy House of the Virgin Mary from Nazareth to Loreto. In that dream the Poverello D'Assisi reproached Federico Bianchelli for having transformed the Hermitage into a residence and so, taken by remorse, Federico decided to build the church which he then called "Del Divino Amore", transferring the ancient portal to the facade of this one. of the Benedictine Convent, depicting the Madonna with the Child Jesus. Stop and admire that work because it is very suggestive and beautiful.
