One of my favorite churches, beautiful inside and out, with a fresco of the Last Supper of Jesus that has always impressed me. it will be because I have my heart here for this village and coast for years, where every time I have free time I escape, a place where Nature and the Sacred come together between the crystalline sea close to the mountain and the woods, the olive groves and the hills with the nearby Sanctuary. I really like following the masses and homilies in this parish. They always do mass with vespers and rosary thanks to the Sisters! Not all parishes can find prayer to share too. For those who are also practitioners I recommend to come and visit this magical place of Peace.Thank God for these gifts.

Functional, in the end that's what you need despite not being big

Beautiful church of the eighteenth century, with a Latin cross, with paintings and a beautiful Crucifix, located in the historic center of the town

Neoclassical church built near the historic center and the walls surrounding Sirolo in the eighteenth century on the remains of a much older one from the thirteenth century. The church is dedicated to St. Nicholas of Bari, Bishop of Myra, a city of Lycia, in Asia Minor, famous throughout the world for his miracles. Flanked by a bell tower with a spire cupola that stands over the village. The plan is a Latin cross plan with Corinthian pillars and capitals. In the central altarpiece, the Saint Protector with the Virgin seated on the roof of the Santa Casa di Loreto, then the images of Santa Lucia and San Domenico, the Cenacolo, and the transit of San Giuseppe by unknown authors of the XIX century. as well as the copy of a picture of the Maratta and a Rubens, which represents the Madonna and Child. Interesting are also a wooden crucifix of '500 by unknown artists, an antique organ of 1723, recently renovated. If the review was helpful, please click on the hand, thank you.
