Friendly and efficient staff!
To fix my oven they came 5 times, I also extended the warranty with them (money wasted). In 5-6 times 2 "technicians" came, one of whom had a great desire to chat and was answering his cell phone between calls and messages ... The first time they came they made a mess that created the next problems ...
Another time they came up with 2 new heaters and once mounted they said they didn't work! They should have come back.
Every time they left there was always something that didn't work after a few days ..
After the warranty was over, I showed another to the oven and all their flaws came out! In addition, when reassembling the built-in oven, they refurbished the kitchen in a bad way!
Really bad!

Advice....
I have been a customer of this company for several years now and I have always found myself well but recently due to a problem with the dishwasher they sent me a technician I had never seen and honestly did not inspire me much confidence. It changed me a bit but after that it wasn't the same because he had to come back because it was clogged. I do not know maybe my impressions are unfounded because I do not have the right skills .... but I doubt that maybe you could solve even without changing the piece
They intervened for the repair of my dishwasher rex that for two and a half years the official assistance and intervened several times without ever solving the problem. The technician who intervened after making a diagnosis that lasted one hour and succeeded where the official assistance had failed. Surely if I have to replace an appliance it will certainly be a brand that they are assisting.
