How the self service was organized is a living example of how a human brain can fail. Waited in a queue for 15 mins to get the food and side dishes, which is fine, but fish and meat are given raw; so you have to spend another 20 minuets in another queue to get it done. You end up spending more than half an hour to get the food, one plate hot and rest raw. My experience was on a busy day yet, fish seemed to me frozen/not fresh. Approaching the management they ignored me referring that I am speaking in English, where it is a touristic place!!! Urge the management to put some effort asking how to improve since obviously they cannot figure a solution on their own.
