Not serious !!! After receiving two wrong items due to the wrong description on the site, they offer me a partial refund, no return. I accept but I do not receive anything ... I contact them and they claim to have already refunded. I wait a few days and still nothing! I open a claim on PayPal and they ask me to return everything AT MY EXPENSE for a full refund, otherwise I have to keep the wrong products! Really bad !!!

The first time a week to prepare the package arrived after 10 days I tried again to trust him completely wrong because the mistake was repeated. They report on the site that the shipment takes place after 48 hours from the order but it is completely false, they should inform that it takes almost two weeks! THE ERROR IS NOT OF THE COURIER BUT BECAUSE THEY TAKE A WEEK ONLY TO PREPARE THE PACKAGE AND THEN DELIVER IT TO THE COURIER

It is now more than 5 months that I turn to this online pharmaceutical company, the prices are both fair and competitive because of the departure. it is the right one then the discount is applied IF I say if you also receive a Bonus then that buying from them is a tangible savings IN TIME! The products, at least for me, the ones I always look for, found if one is out of stock the following week! Thanks also to the availability of the Collaborators who, if called upon, respond immediately to every request! They are kind professionals!

I absolutely do not recommend buying products on this site. I have been a customer for years, but with the last order I received a product (paid well 15 euros) half filled with the obviously ruined wrapper. For three weeks I have been writing e-mails, sending photos, contacting customer service by phone, and also through the site's chats, most of the time without receiving a reply, or always with the same reply, that is, they will let me know and contact me. Customer service is practically non-existent, and to date, after three weeks, I still have not had a response to my complaint about a damaged product that I have paid for and cannot use. Truly shameful !!!

On April 7th I received the package with the items ordered taking advantage of the coupon discount enelpremia wow. Package intact and well sealed. However, one item was missing, the Avene thermal water spray 300ml, regularly paid. In its place there was only the free vial (which was to be attached to the mother bottle). The numerous attempts to make phone calls, emails and only on April 15, on an official complaint, do I receive an interlocutory reply to transmit my report to the dedicated shipping office. Since then nothing more. In conclusion I have to believe that I have lost the article. Certainly I will not turn to this company in the future and I do not recommend it to others.
