The owner I think rude and I treated him, to stay in the market you have to have patience and above all education with the customers, already after having quarreled with the customer that preceded me I asked to make a top-up iliad from 5 euros he told me that they didn't exist of this amount, I pointed out to the shopkeeper that I usually always recharge from 5 € and he very annoyed and rude replied that they did recharges of 10 and 20 € then without making a fuss I tell him to do it from 10, once done and paid I ask him for the receipt, and "open up" he begins to rant and give me the "you" and saying that today was not day and I was a nuisance for not going further. Dear shopkeeper the country is small and the times we live there is a crisis trying to stay calm if it continues at this rate is likely to change jobs ........
