This is a great little music store. The owner fixes and tunes pianos too. He fixed our piano that had had some issues that our tuner in the states couldn’t figure out, and gave us a warranty on the service. We went to the store several times for different things; a guitar, music composition books, violin strings, and just to browse the instruments. Very nice, affordable and helpful.

We always tend to favor giants like Thomann, perhaps because we are too lazy to do a research. In a world dominated by online, we should try to give ours a chance too. I live far from D'Isanto Musica, but I found exactly what I was looking for, online, without any problem. Reliability and seriousness non-existent. They sent a different tool than the one requested. They ensured that it had eagle ropes, instead it had toy ropes. They promised to send me a pack of eagle ropes to apologize, Never arrive!
