on 11/21/2020 I bought from you a fridge with order code # 000002440, I immediately proceeded to pay by bank transfer but did not receive it within 5 days I wrote to your whatsapp number, I was told not to worry that the order would be canceled with an immediate refund as of today 28/12/2020 not I was credited with the balance of € 113.76, on whatsapp I contacted you several times and you always told me it would be done immediately, on 12/15/2020 I was informed that the refund had been issued and I would receive the accountant photo, to date still nothing. I also wrote two emails, one on 19 and one on 23/12/2020. I call you and it is busy, you have probably blocked me, on whatsapp you do not answer anymore, I urgently ask to re-credit the money and I demand the copy for verification, or I have to proceed by legal means.

Unfortunately I cannot give a good review to this online shop. They are not precise about the deliveries (to see if they deliver, because I have not yet received the order made 22 days ago) they do not answer the amail or the phone. I personally went to the Pozzuoli office this afternoon, but there is nobody there, despite the fact that it is open 24 hours a day. I hope not to have to say that it is a scam

I bought a toy for my child, I have not received any confirmation email regarding the receipt of the order by the store. The email was sent to me only after a phone call from me. To date, almost two weeks have passed and I have nothing in my hand, except an inactive Tracking Number that makes me think it is fake. I consider myself available to modify this review if the situation is resolved with the receipt of the goods or with an immediate refund.

Unfortunately I definitely have to do a bad review.Order made on December 10th Christmas gift from my 8 year old daughter never arrived. Unprofessionals do not answer the phone and I always reply to emails that the package is being processed. They took the couriers' strike as an excuse. I paid 56 euros which I may have lost. At this point I hope at least in the refund.

I bought from them and nothing never arrived I sent emails they never replied I sent WhatsApp messages to the first two I asked for news they replied telling me they would ask the courier then I sent the third message asking for the name of the carrier and the number and they have not even read it, before sending the fourth message I asked a friend of mine to ask via whatsapp information about a product they sold they replied immediately in the meantime I also sent a message to get information and they they haven't read it! So for me given their behavior that makes people think of a scam what should they think how should they react? I would say to make a single cause and make public what happened by reporting it to the editorial office of the hyenas I did not expect it but today I received the re-credit so I find it fair to say that they were very quick for the cancellation
