R.S.A. Pozzuoli (Na) - located in Via Diocleziano 1 - was inaugurated at the end of the year 2010. The recently renovated building is surrounded by a large outdoor area suitably equipped for socio-relational purposes. The residence is easily reachable both by its own means and by public means of transport, being close to the Strada Statale 7 quater and the Naples ring road. The context in which it stands is urban, decidedly inhabited and full of spaces and commercial activities. The residence is managed in competition with the Na 2 North Asl which is responsible for the clinical part (medical and health management) while the Serapide Center deals with the protection, nursing, rehabilitation and hotel management. The structure has a maximum accommodation capacity of 39 guests divided between residential (19) and semi-residential (20). The services offered fully respect the privacy and personality of the guest, adapting the activities to the times and rhythms of the user. The structure offers its guests a suitable relational and rehabilitative space aimed at improving the quality of life. Main characteristics of the organizational model implemented at the RSA are: Organization of the day, according to times as close as possible to the needs of guests and not hospital times; Presence for each guest of a medical record filled in and constantly updated by the doctor; Presence of an Individual Assistance Plan for each guest; Methods of team work, Presence of procedures, instructions and operating models that regulate and guide internal operation, Presence of a service chart updated annually. R.S.A. it is open to the public (relatives and friends of guests) from 15.30 to 17. For any particular need, the family members of the guests can attend the Center outside the visiting hours upon communication to the Health Director or the internal Coordinator.
