Canceled a trip to Brazil organized for dental hygienists. Proposed through a BLANX consultant. It was said that a MEETING had been organized with the "BLANX". Everything will be verified if the organization is true since 2 days before departure everything was canceled ... never again! Reimburse travelers instead of taking time with the excuses you make up!

Cialtroni agency canceled a trip of 30 people on December 30th with departure for Brazil on January 1st. With silly justifications and they honestly knew well before the tour operator went bankrupt. Gabriele of an unheard of superficiality and people like him do not deserve to work

In our one-week trip to Paris and Eurodisney, Arianna and Gabriele followed us step by step by constantly interacting with us via watsup and video calls, sending us all the necessary info before each move and managing directly on the phone with us and with the various local references for transfers to and from pre-established destinations all our needs.
