Typical italian cakes baked fresh everyday

Maybe because I have been tied to the desserts of this pastry shop since I was born, this is a place that should inspire modern pastry chefs. Every time I take a dessert in another pastry shop, unfortunately, I can only make a comparison with the legendary Martino. Starting with the white or chocolate cream, one can only be delighted by the balance of these sweets. Nothing to do with modern pastry shops where everything mixes sugar from annoyance and Nutella is the queen, the desserts are all good I point out the Santa Rosa, white cannoli, chocolate cannoli, the monachella, but the list would be too long .
