I found here a product that really suited my needs thanks to one of the saleswomwn in the footwear department. A real expert, she neede hust a few looks to determine the best shoe available (based on the shape of the foot, weight etc.) obvuously she ended up recommending the most suitable product for my needs and not trying to propose the most expensive product (In other places you are presented with everything the phrase is the top).I recommend the shop for quality products and qualified staff.

We went to the Superga shop in Via Chiaia to make a change. Once inside, we noticed an extreme mess due to the exchange of products for the upcoming sales. A few minutes later, we kindly asked to make the change with a regular receipt. A saleswoman, very rudely, incorrectly informed us that the system did not recognize the receipt, even if it was dated and still within 30 days. When asked for explanations, we were insulted and defined as "ignorant" by the latter, which began to verbally attack us. The criticism is above all linked to the extremely unprofessional and rude behavior of the saleswoman Miss Sorrentino, who clearly does not serve as a good example and as a representative of the Superga brand.
