Friendly, family run with good staff. My grandkids loved it all, especially the slides.

DON’T GET THERE IF YOUR TOURIST!!!!!! The worst place ever! The owner is a thief and a lier, he charged us for a full day when we were there only half day and ignore us when we asked for refund. In addition we entered at 12:45 and he did not let us know that everything will be close between 13:00-15:00. Bottom stay away!!!!

Water park? What a squalor, the pool has a clear green line of accumulated dirt on its edge; non-transparent water; except for the temperature measurement at the entrance they do not respect any Covid protocol, pizza chefs, lifeguards and security officers without masks as well as entering the customer bar without masks and barista strictly without (also because while taking the order and serving us a coffee ate his croissant). ..and I could go on ... NEVER AGAIN

Too bad to have put a star would deserve zero. Pure incorrectness, I called in the morning to ask if there was room and I was told that it was all full but if we went by 13.45 he would get rid of the place and let us in as an afternoon. We arrive at 13.45 we park, pay and enter, at the exit I look at the prices on the billboard and I realize that the elderly gentleman who among other things was he who answered the phone in the morning, made us pay the full price, to that point I asked for explanations and always from the same gentleman I was replied that it was not 13.45 but rather before and consequently what I paid was right, I pointed out that we arrived there at 13.45 as he had told us, but not there was towards ... Now I wonder, ok I had to check when paying but in good faith I paid and we went in, but even if it was 15 minutes before the scheduled time, do you charge the full ticket? even more so that we were told by him to arrive there at 13.45 ... at the limit you tell me wait 15 minutes because it is not yet time to access as an afternoon. To be fair he put a scribble on my receipt for a later discount, but we pointed out that we couldn't come back because of the holidays over ... so he recognized the mistake ...? To never again...
