This church is located in c / da Lacchi. The year of foundation is not known, however, it was already existing in 1750, built at the expense of the faithful from Roccella and kept by the hermit Francesco Ingrati. On May 3 of each year, the clergy went in procession to this church, carrying the sacred furnishings of the Matrix, to celebrate the sung mass. The sacred building collapsed following the 1783 earthquake, but was subsequently restored although for many years it was closed to worship. After the last restoration in 1980, the church was reopened for worship and can be accessed every Friday (count: Comune Roccella Ionica site).
