No social distancing... Cashier as well as some customers not wearing masks.. Also more than half wearing them with nose exposed... Please realize that is not proper way wear a mask.. Avoid if you can shop elsewhere.. When you mention this to customer service you get daggers in the eyes for trying make things difficult as if coronavirus does not exist..

Trying to be as objective as possible, I have three comments that I absolutely need to make. The first being that when I went to the store, I needed to purchase some home baked bread. Well, the girl at the counter couldn't stop chatting long enough to serve me. I have been to the store a total of two times and found the salesgirl always too busy to serve me because she was chatting away. That was the first, the second problem I had was the store and especially the bread counter was invaded with flies. I believe more effort needs to go into the attention to this problem...Finally, the prices I believe are overall high. I much prefered the old Auchan over this new Conad space

Confused, unprepared, untrained staff. Some prices displayed do not correspond with the cash prices. The corridors with the shelves are organized in a confusing way and often, not even the staff can answer simple questions. Shopping can be relaxing but here it's a real nightmare.

Even if I wanted to give a better rating (some offers are good), I can't. The bad behavior of a cashier who was very Garibaldian and bold, kept her mask down, to my request to abide by the rule that all but above all workers wear a mask (like her other colleagues), she replied in a brusque way and rude, continuing to behave rude. I am surprised that his bosses do not control these behaviors (perhaps because the company's ethics do not foresee it? I don't think), as I have seen doing in other supermarkets. I will not go into the merits of convenience, offers etc. because this already bothered me so much.

Little comparable to the Auchan that was there before .. Confusing corridors, little cleaning but above all high prices. It is possible to buy something every now and then only with some good offers, but even with all this it is possible to remain screwed because practically in the various corridors there are products highlighted on offer but then arrived at the cash desk these products go to full price, practically many products can be purchased on offer only by having the Conad card. So after filling the cart with products offered, paid for everything at the checkout and then double-checking the entire receipt, I realize that everything has passed at full prices and asking for explanations they tell me that it would be written in small print on the flyer that you must have the card for the offers. I ask to be able to return all the products not sold on offer but they can only make me a shopping voucher that I can always spend there and that they cannot return cash where in many other supermarkets including the Auchan that was there before did it without any problem. If you are not very careful you risk being screwed. In short, in addition to the existing problems, there are also too many settings to do a little shopping.
