They probably have too much work. Impossible to get in touch: they do not make direct orders at the office, the local representative (number provided at the office) does not answer calls or messages on the answering machine, the assistance number is there for beauty. (If you need it how should you do it?)

Very nervous atmosphere. I don't know if thanks to Covid-19, but I can't get out of the car while charging. However, chargers ship exactly where they like. Overall, this visit did not leave a good impression.
