The quality and price of the goods make this large and historic department store a useful and pleasant place located in the Chiaia district. Inside there is Croff and Idea Bellezza (accorsato perfumery) which help to pleasantly complete the purchases.

Unfortunately the warehouses are mostly fenced, it is not possible to buy clothes according to the covid legislation. In general, the prices are not high, and among many things you can find the garment that is right for us.

Today at 6.30 pm I was in the ideabellezza department, the saleswoman asked me if I wanted help, with the mask I can't understand the words well, the saleswoman had repeated it twice if she removed the mask and was annoyed, not I responded to his rude gesture, then my cousin took over buying various products but on going down the few stairs and falling, the saleswoman pretended not to see and didn't help me, at the checkout the other saleswoman noticed it but luckily she didn't if done nothing wrong. I would like to say to the saleswoman, if she is annoyed with working, give the place to those who need and want to work.

It seems to me to have improved lately, as there is more merchandise and better quality. Unfortunately, the prices remain too high
