Don't buy anything from their ULTRASHOP.IT website and via Amazon where their phone dealers are. Since they wanted to defraud me but they didn't succeed, I investigated and discovered that THEY HAVE THE VIZE OF FRAUD. I bought a phone on the Amazon site where they were sellers. After a year and a half the phone has problems and I send it to assistance. At first they were kind, as soon as the phone arrives at their shop they DO NOT ANSWER MORE. Rounds of phone calls, fixed numbers all blocked "CHISSA 'PERCHE'", at the end through Amazon I can get in touch. They tell me that they had problems of "moving" and many various nonsense. They tell me the phone has been repaired and is about to arrive. Spend a month and nothing does not get anything. I'll call and never answer !!! Then I send him an email and ask him why the phone doesn't arrive? They tell me that to try it they want my mail and the telephone code ... I tell them no because in doing so they could sell it and other weeks go by ... Moral of the story I tell them that if the phone does not arrive they will report you. Three days the phone arrives. Obviously not repaired. CROOKS their site has been blocked for months CHISSA COME MAI other than maintenance !!!!!

Do not buy absolutely if you do not want to incur a rip-off! My experience: I bought a fixed computer from them a few years ago "assembled" and paid a good 450 euros. After a few days immediately a problem: the PC stops continuously and for several minutes it becomes unusable and then returns to work again and crash again in an endless cycle. I then report it to them explaining the problem and deciding to keep it in assistance. They call me after more than 3 weeks to repair already occurred and I am told that it was a problem of the video card and they are keen to tell me for the next repair I should have gone directly to the mother house .. (mah .... and because since it was still under warranty?) Anyway happy to have finally solved the problem I bring it back home and the PC returns to work normally but unfortunately for a short while: after about two months in fact the same problem is presented again !!! So very calmly I decide to bring it back and this time too if they keep him in assistance for further checks. After a few days I get a call and ... surprise !! My computer is diagnosed with a virus! Strange since I always have the antivirus activated ... anyway .. now the question comes to me spontaneously: how is it possible that with the same identical problem I am given two different reasons? Anyway moral of the story? The PC is formatted (I don't know why since you could easily use a simple antivirus if it was just a virus problem) and for the "repair" I am asked for another 50 euros! Absurd!! I decide anyway to pay to avoid further stories and also because I really needed a PC for work! I return home and after a few days of use the same problem !!!!!!! I could not believe! I decided to send them to that country and provide for myself even though it makes me very angry. I can diagnose after many hours of work lost that it was a problem with the video card that was completely defective! They could replace me directly in the first place I think! Moral of the story: I removed the defective video card and mounted a new one on my own, promising myself to never return to that place. So my advice is to absolutely forget this pile of charlatans and go directly to competent professionals !!!!

Really incorrect and dishonest .... I bought a samsung S5 from them via amazoon ... after about 1 year I was in possession of the mobile I find the phone with the Imei code blocked .... because the phone was stolen and sold by them for new .... contacted after 15 mails they tell me to send it back that I would have been replaced ..... sent to the end of August still waiting ..... absolute scammers ... do not be fooled .... ..and a shame ...... delete them from the web

Pure scammers! I send my Ipad back because the sim doesn't work and after 5 months I still have no news, disappeared, evaporated. I discover that the iPad is blocked due to theft or loss after 2 months from my purchase, call the office and never answer. T R U F F A T O R I! ! ! !
