Initially buried in the church of the Saints Gervasio and Protasio of Pavia, where the avello that constituted the first burial is still preserved, the body of the first bishop and patron of the city is now in the chapel dedicated to him in the Cathedral of Pavia, work of Bramante. Since 1969, San Siro is no longer included in the universal calendar of saints of the Catholic Church. The liturgical feast occurs on December 9th.
