The best ice cream in the Itria Valley! But also the whole pastry, panzerotti, seasonal specialties, such as panettone or colomba. It is the mastery of the pastry chefs of the past that distinguishes this exceptional laboratory. We are certainly talking about top quality, first choice ingredients and courtesy of yesteryear. Pasticcio Lab is a UNIQUE place.

The panzerotti and the pastry are excellent. Family atmosphere. Large spaces outside for dining. A little more electric light on the tables wouldn't hurt.

Excellent pastry of the Cisternino countryside, but not only, it is in fact possible to eat excellent panzerotti in a garden where you can enjoy an idyllic silence. Delightful all the staff
