I went to the agency, after seeing an online ad, I found people who took care of every single aspect of the sale, specifically I was really impressed by the skill and kindness of Emanuele who followed me throughout the journey. It doesn't happen every day to buy an apartment but I will certainly give it good publicity.
I state that my short experience is based on having to see a rented house, I make an appointment they confirm me, I call back when I am already in the evening traffic and I was already in the queue for half an hour, the lady tells me: '' eh not him. Did the secretary say they rented the apartment this morning? ''
Disorganization in that sense not to mention that I wasted my time!

Young staff but up to the situation. Excellent relationship with customers. A guarantee for those who want to sell their home in the area.
The worst experience of my life. Complete lack of professionalism, experience and respect for the customer. I made a contract of sale with them they made some horrible photographs I asked to change them I have not been heard and moreover in 10 months I was not brought a single customer to visit home attributing the cause of this to the price of the property on which they have never contested anything except to justify the lack of visits. I was ignored as a customer and practically neglected in every aspect.
