A historic bakery in San Giorgio in Brenta with a long history and reputation that produces high quality bread and cakes according to tradition. Ancient tastes and flavors can be found. The bakery is also very well known for the production of renowned focaccias according to the recipe of the grandmothers who kneaded at night in the houses and went to the oven at dawn to complete the processing and leavening before baking. The children were reserved for the dove which was woven at the end of the dough and which was eagerly awaited when it came out of the oven. The bread retains the consistency of the past despite the various recipes available today. Even the desserts produced are of excellent quality.
