Superficiality and sufficiency reign supreme in this office, important official documents are sent with simple shipping without any traceability and the exact shipping address is not ascertained. P.S. In fact, the shipment was delivered to another fortunately tracked address.

They are not very courteous and arrogant, it happened to me that they said one thing and the next time they took it back, they make you pay the advance payment in installments and then they tell you that they cannot do it. It is true that they do a frowned upon and delicate service but they could do it in a better way.
