I have had such a poor customer experience with this company. My Micheal Kors smart watch purchased for me as a Gift for Christmas has developed a fault and I cannot get a refund ot replacement. I had to pay £31.00 to send it back and they are taking a very long time to get back to me. In fact they wont answer me at all. Please be careful. Save tour disappointment and expense

Naviglio & Fiume srl Gioielleria I will not be calling as I already £335.00 out of pocket therefore will not be calling Italy to be further out of pocket and dissapointed with your product. You are replying now only because I have resorted to social media to get your response. Please let me know when my refund will be issued for the faulty product and the postage and packaging. I want a replacement or refund as promised as I cannot afford to be sending this faulty product back to you when it develops another fault as it is not for for purpose.
