I went to Pandora with the intention of changing the size of a ring I received as a gift. To this request, a saleswoman whose name I don't remember (I think Maura), without checking my size, replies superficially that my size was out of stock, inviting me to come back the following week. An hour later, back in the same store, where another clerk can find my size and model very quickly. Now I wonder how it is possible that after an hour my model was available.

Staff rude rude but above all slackers! To change a ring they invent everything to not work harder! The first time they send me away directly that they say they have nothing and come back after 14 days. After that time the second time without even listening to me he tells me that the ring always ends early and they have to order it and leave my name to be able to call as soon as it arrives .... after a month I still call on my initiative and they don't even remember who But go to that country ... Dear pandora do everyone a favor and put competent staff because the girls at the toast columns make all your customers run away!

I look for the first time in the pandora world thinking of finding some girls ready to help me .... Well I was rather unlucky Maura was rude she was in a hurry and rather annoyed. Whoever selects the staff should teach that the engine of the shops is the personnel that makes the difference YOU UNFORTUNATELY YOU HAVE SOME PROBLEMS ON STAFF.
