Bad everything. Personally, I gave up this bank after 40 years because of the rude and arrogance of the director. Reading the reviews I seem to be in good company! Some characters have not understood that we are no longer in the 80/90s when everything was going well. Today people make arrangements with the web but when they approach them personally they need to feel followed and not mistreated. All reported to the direction of Piazza del Popolo.

The ATM is very dirty, there are bloodstains and grease plus seasoned dust.
