They sold me an inactivated SIM card. Told me it would start working in an hour but it didn't. I tried to get support from TIM but they wouldn't help either.

Fino ad ieri in data 05/12/20 dopo tante chiamate sono andato di persona e mi avevano detto che la ps5 me la davano dopo natale ed io ero il 19 esimo della lista che dovevo ritirare la console
In tutto ciò mi hanno restituito l anticipo dei 200€ e ho annullato l ordine
Pessimo personale poco esperto e e anche poco furbi
Mi dispiace solo aver perso del tempo dietro questo gruppo ad oggi potevo benissimamente avere questa ps5 se ero andato in un altro store .
