arrogant and rude staff, I am still waiting for a refund of paid and unused services, I expect a response from the administration in a very short time. NOT RECOMMENDED
Beautiful place, young and polite staff. The impression is that very often the treatment is a bit hasty. Low to medium prices.
Very nice and cozy place, very nice and kind girls. The only thing a little high prices.
I join the chorus of lack of seriousness:
- This center lacks professionalism. It is poorly managed at the reception and does not respect the customer and reservations (+ times). You arrive and find that they have sold your hour to the first comer.
For the sake of clarity I say that that hour was already paid for at the center, since I was on a subscription, so for me double loss: time to go to the center, money spent in advance.
- They show that they have no interest in building customer loyalty.
Beautiful location, friendly staff, fairly good treatments, especially those that want the balance before starting treatments, if they do not trust it would be better to ask for an advance, then the balance at the end of the treatments.
