Quiet atmosphere, well maintained structure with friendly and very attentive staff. Prepared personal trainer (excellent level) ... And lots and lots of stuff😉😉 !! What about the cryosauna ?? Superlative, I cured a cold with a single session, excellent also for the menstrual cycle ... I would call it a natural anti-inflammatory a very true miraculous antidote. Try it for yourself 🤗

Personal Trainer excellent figure of reference! Very helpful, it always makes you feel motivated and determined along the way! 🤗 the Cryosauna is simply fantastic! 😍 I immediately felt a feeling of general well-being, significantly reducing psychophysical stress and also improving the quality of sleep! I really recommend it to everyone !!
