Minimally invasive hip arthroplasty operation with Dr. Blasi. Fully satisfied with the intervention and the post-operative, already during the visit she explained the intervention to me in detail, releasing me the documentation also for the after surgery. Every day he made sure of my conditions by coming to the room to personally ascertain the course of my hospitalization. Available to clarify any doubts and fears that such an intervention can naturally generate at the beginning. All the OSS and nursing staff are helpful and kind, in particular Magda, Irea, Mariola and Angelina deserve a mention. The physiotherapist who accompanied my first steps is Jacopo who I would define as "brute but fair". He was also able to reassure me in the various doubts related to initial walking and the like. Comfortable, clean environment and also the food has a positive note with a vast choice of menu. My experience is positive.

We would like to thank Dr. Andrea Blasi and his team, who performed hip replacement surgery on our mother Bisighini Rosana on 23 September, allowing her to walk again immediately after the operation. We strongly recommend those with hip problems to rely on Dr. Blasi, his cutting-edge techniques, his friendliness and the impeccable assistance of his collaborators. Private hospital, but also with an agreement with the SSN. Operation for total left hip prosthesis, with good Dr. Filippini. The interest of his assistant, Dr. Alessia, always present, was commendable. The structure is typical of the 60s / 70s, externally it is in acceptable and decent conditions, with discreet logistical functions and outdoor parking spaces, internally it is functional and livable, Important detail: the call to the bell from the bed of the inpatients was answered via intercom , which psychologically has a positive effect on the patient in need of assistance. Cleanliness of the rooms and environments undeniably positive, and assistance of the patients even bedded with decorum and dignity accompanied by kindness and cordiality on the part of the nursing staff and OSS. To all these people whose names I remember some, Lodovica, Martina, Jessica and especially Denise who welcomed me and accepted me on the first day of hospitalization, a heartfelt THANK YOU. PS: to be a hospital, the meals are really good, both in terms of service and choice of menu and delivery - dishes and bowls - and in terms of cooking quality.

Bad organization, the anticovid filter to collect self-certifications, only serves to double the queues, they don't measure the temperature, they trust what you write and they send you crowded in line for acceptance and payments. Here a single employee without a mask, collects, collects, releases, gives directions, answers phone calls and chats with an employee who sneaks in and passes in front of everyone saying: "I work here, I do it immediately" then pays like everyone else and takes the time you need. When your turn arrives at the reception they don't let you pass if you arrive too early, rightly so as not to crowd the waiting room, but if you arrive at the right time, if there is a lot of queue, you delay the visit. So it happens that one makes you pass then the other sends you back. It would be better to use the two people to open two counters, where employees collect self-certifications and payments and issue receipts and directions WITHOUT CHAT!

Appointment at 8 for pre-hospitalization buffer and we discover that everyone has an appointment at 8 After this first obstacle we have to make a slab, but the machine has been broken for at least 3 days and no one knows when it will work. Since we have done 40 km mon we take it very well. So while we wait we have a coffee alla maccginrtta and we discover that the soup served costs 70 cents. Congratulations on the organization
