Maria delle Croce hospital has 2 entrances, a new one (viale Randi 5) and an old but functioning one in via Missiroli 10, that Google maps does not take into account. And I'm not even close with the car. Everyone arrives in via Randi 5 and someone kindly must always explain that instead they must go to via Missiroli

It is the third time that unfortunately nurses always happen to me at the entrance to the emergency room, alas, really not very nice (not to use other terms) the patients even if they are only there for an X-ray really wait HOURS or whole days. we family can not stay and my mother was 9 hours in the emergency room without anyone asking is she thirsty? I was on vacation with my family and I had the need to go urgently to the Pediatric Emergency Department and it was a negative and above all embarrassing experience. I arrived in an ambulance for my 1 and a half year old son and the ambulance volunteer had to insist on accepting the PS to give me urgency as the child had a respiratory crisis. Once we arrived at the pediatric PS we found ourselves in front of Dr. ANGELA TROISI who had very little Pediatrician, did not want to work, did not know what to write on the report, consulted google and the medical book for each comma, did not know the exemption code that was up to me, HE DID NOT WEAR THE MASK CORRECTLY touching his nose, eyes, hair all the time, he visited my son PUMPING CONTINUOUSLY because he was not cooperating as he was asked to open his mouth as if he were an adult, NOT A SMILE. The work of pediatricians should be a vocation and it should be done with the heart, they are children! the pediatric nurses, on the other hand, are very nice, patient and competent ... they helped the Doctor to do everything because she was not able by herself.

I did not like x the rudeness I found at the PS, so much so that my father does not want to set foot there again, x that when we went they asked us "but the gentleman is from 1928, what did you come here to do?" I wanted to give him 2 slaps also x that my dad heard everything, and my dad is usually fine enough to renew his license for 2 years. Some nurses don't deserve the job they have.
