Seemed shady. Told me that they just sold the last of a special Black Friday deal in the afternoon and when I came back and saw the item in the evening they said their store didn’t take part in the sale. Big signs with the item on it all over too. Now I know larger businesses like this do dumb stuff like letting stores opt in to sales, but want signs up. The thing is they could just be straight up from the start if that’s the case. This was the same guy that told me both stories... I won’t be going back that’s for sure!

Truly unique experience! Quality products at competitive prices. Icing on the cake: the sales and service staff. I quote the great Fabrizio, an extremely competent and very kind professional. A real pleasure to spend time in this store, always accompanied and pampered in purchases. Full marks!!!
On the phone they confirmed the presence of a product of my interest in the warehouse, I went there in person to make the purchase and I found another one. When I pointed out my discomfort, they replied that for them, the products in question were equivalent, even if what they offered me was more expensive and decidedly poorer. On balance, I will go to a large shopping center where I find more professionalism and I don't need to face the hell of looking for a parking space as you access in the Chiaia area.
