If I could mark this as 0 star I would. Truly awful service from the woman selling bus tickets. After using Google translate to ask for 2 return tickets to Palau, we then double checked the tickets to see she has given us two single journey tickets. She then screams Palau palau Palau and gestures to us by flapping her arms at us to leave. How dare you think this is acceptable to speak to any one like this. An absolute disgrace.
