Geovillage Sport Wellness & Convention Resort

So, I stayed there one week in the mid September. When I entered the room first thing was putting the Air C on. Once on I realised the air coming is the same temperature as the room one.( I taught that I do not know how to put it on) but it really did not work. The following they I asked the staff what is the problem and they said a technician will come to fix it. It neved happened and I was not informed what is going to happen. Next day I went to ask again and still the same story with another technician. In the end I spoken to the manager and I was given another room which was slightly better. Also,I had to ask the to clean the room, to give clean towels and to empty the bin on a daily basis. Altought the resort has many facilities to attend, to stay in that hotel is not really worth it. I strongly recomend to find a proper hotel with decent services.

Absolutely best hotel in Olbia! Delicious food in hotel's restaurants, perfect service and super clean rooms. In addition, plenty of space as it's a complex area. They also provide a bus service to near-by beautiful beach.

We were looking for a hotel with sufficient sports facilities. Fitness, tennis courts and swimming pool are fine. The whole site, especially the rooms, are very outdated and not very clean. The hotel is certainly not worth 4 stars but for the price you shouldn't expect too much. I recommend to eat out in Olbia and not in the hotel, price-quality (food) wise.

Disgusting, filthy, blood stains on curtains, deceitful staff, i can go on & on. Health inspectors wet dream! I will do my best to get one to visit. Worst hotel experience of my life. Checked out after 1 night. No refund, as I was deceived into staying the one night & promised to meet manager in the morning, - no manager that morning & as I stayed a night - no refund. Avoid this place, - unless you hate yourself.

This was a disappointing stay. The hotel grounds are nice, and there is plenty to explore. I am impressed with some of the opportunities to swim, jog, cycle, etc. I can forgive that the place is very dated. However, air conditioning and WiFi in the room didn’t work. It was too hot to sleep. Staff were rude and dismissive when we asked for help having the air conditioning fixed (we weren’t even helped to find our room when we arrived...come on). The phone in the room doesn’t work. I called multiple times on the phone and didn’t receive help. If I had known this, I would have stayed somewhere else.
