The thing that most angered me is the way the manager turned, putting herself on the defensive with a haughty and pedantic tone and making me feel wrong. I am also on the market and if you care about the customer try to do something, to fix the situation certainly not telling me that at most he could ask the seamstress, but if he thought I would have taken the expense to me ... Or he would solve it shortening my sleeve. Embarrassing. However from the speech he gave me, I doubt that if I brought it to him after a few days he would have repaid it to me, he probably would have made the same observation, that is that once I left the shop I could have damaged it. Also because it was not able to tell me how many days there are after the withdrawal, useful for a complaint. My advice is to not trust, as I did, the alleged professionalism of the employees, but to check on the spot the goods that are withdrawn. Even the duvet of the bed ... Even if you did put it in a vacuum !!!!
