This was the worst experience. The woman behind the security check point. A short stocky curly haired Italian woman, who obviously does not like her job, took my brand new Apple Watch and broke the glass. Than proceed to to tell me that is the way the watch was and not her fault. She must hate men , brown people or Americans- or possibly all three! It is a travesty that this woman works for the consulate and is what Americans have to deal with to get into the consulate. I would never go there again unless absolutely needed. And only if I was able to leave any valuables at home. Thankfully my phone was not damaged. I’m not sure I have any recourse BUT this person should be fired

pick ur phones up if someone needs to talk u guys or just remove numbers from all websites and write emails only and we will never reply

I just got my passport renewed but my experience was a good one. There IS a photo booth inside so if you are having trouble getting passport photos then you can get some here as a last resort.

Almost 3 years since my husband's interview and we are still pending administrative processing. Do you all know the feeling of having to leave your spouse behind after every visit it is heart wrenching to leave your spouse in tears and you are in tears. Please have mercy this should not take this long 💔.
