Only seemingly kind employees. After having participated in several trips, while withdrawing a further travel proposal, I was hit with insults because I had only given 3 stars. For my part it was an average rating as I had found some critical issues and advised how to remedy based on experiences with other agencies At this point my evaluation becomes "very bad": I remember the motto: the customer is always right
