My girlfriend and I have made several trips with this agency, and they have always been very professional in everything! They always recommended us to the best, according to our requests, with a lot of professionalism and seriousness! Competent, kind and helpful staff. Attentive to the needs and requests of customers, they gave us excellent advice both on the destination and on things to do and see on the spot. Their proposals were in line with what we requested and all the girls worked hard to find a (wonderful) location trying to respect all our requests besides the budget. Unfortunately this year I was very disappointed by the location and the structure. I was expecting something different and I was hoping that my agency understood my needs ... instead I found myself in a place that even at twenty I wouldn't have chosen. They were my only summer vacations so as well as being disappointed I am also very angry. Who does it by itself for three ...

I believe you will never see me again. according to my point of view the client is not satisfied but advised in the right way. first and foremost should be proposed locations where you were you personally so that you know what you sell thank you
