Unfortunately the owner Laura has completely made a mistake, she should be polite and helpful but she is arrogant and listless if it were not for her employees she would have already closed..the layoffs should make her not her girls.

The professionalism of Miss Clonsuelo was terrific in the search for the flight and all the permits to go at the right place. Agency of a great friend Roberto Cesaretti run by his son as well as the customer. Consuelo found the best deal for me and my partner Cubana the best offer to go between December and January. Thanks I had a great experience and a kiss from Juli Lidimarian

If you want to pay for a trip and not leave, go to this agency .... I booked a short 4 day trip two years ago, handing over my document, to find out that they did not look at my document and then printed the air ticket with the name of baptism, but the most absurd thing that for € 220.00 the agency did not come to meet me by refunding the package, but rather they turned the omelette to me saying that it was my fault that I should have told him what my real name was, so why do I deliver a document that they request ?? I can only have been unhappy about unfair and incompetent people, I paid for a trip that I have never taken, and that any other honest agency would have refunded me ... Never had such a thing happened in any other agency, never again from them ;
