Always had excellent service and quality, but lately I have ordered 2 wheels for changing the tires of the car, I am pregnant and I am turning with the spare wheel, although 15 days have passed, the wheels have been paid in advance and I I have solicited numerous times, to all my visits to the workshop and to the phone calls I have always been told to call back because, who worked there, did not know where my wheels were, since the owner had taken care of the order ... ( strange thing, because it would have been enough to contact him to get the information), moreover, the real problem is that I have never been able to contact the owner in person and that since last Thursday no one answers the phone anymore and the workshop is closed .. .I'm in a big mess now ... because at the 9th month of pregnancy, going for visits with the spare wheel is really dangerous, especially if far away 😅 and paying another tire dealer (again) seems to me an unjustified remission . For the moment I'm waiting for news of my tires or at least the money returned.
But how do you work this way .. Shame on you! I pay for the tires before the holidays beforehand..the tires are not sorted by the established time..they go on vacation and I can't ... they look like they are back and at the end of the work they don't even apologize. CHANGE WORK !!!!!! SHAME.
For several years I serve at this year and every time I find availability, courtesy and professionalism from every point of view. Great service to straighten the wheels without having to grind (and therefore decrease the thickness). increasingly competitive prices. Recommended!
I have always found myself well, both the owner and those who work there are kind, polite, nice, and are much less pest than other Velletri tire shops.
