Professional, competent, kind and honest. Made an appointment to replace the rear brakes on an old Opel Astra which in recent days also had a conspicuous loss of coolant, which they then diagnosed in the radiator, which was solved in the most economical way. On the occasion, I also appreciated Gianluca's spirit of self-denial in trying to replace the rear wiper rubber, succeeding after several attempts, despite the rainy day, thus avoiding replacing the entire arm sold only by the parent company. Officially entered in my address book under "Auto parts and workshop".
