Listen to the customer instead of thinking about what you would like to do and present it as the "best thing". Even speaking the same language you risk not understanding each other, and if you are not a professional even more. Very qualified staff and very trained hairdresser, but I needed to fix a fringe not of a new cut. Taken for granted the reason for the appointment and misunderstandings about the cut. Although the cut is not what I wanted, the hairdresser is professional and has excellent working skills.
