3 euros the first two hours and then 2 euros, on the way back while we slipped the money it was triggered in minutes more and for 4 hours, instead of 10 euros we paid 11, incredible: 1 euro for a lit up. There is no bathroom, they send you to the nearby restaurant. We put the ticket to go out, the bar was opened but by maneuvering the bar closed and it didn't open anymore, the woman at the residence reception answered me in an annoyed way. The parking, although not cheap and about two kilometers from the center of Portovenere, could go because you are walking along the sea. Too bad for the staff so unkind.

It's a parking lot, there is not much to say, it is located in a tourist place but lovely and consequently it is not cheap
