It is premised that the owners are very helpful personable people. Unfortunately, the covid has limited the possibility of expanding the choices of how to manage a pub, with much less used in terms of space. Excellent choice of local and national fine wines. Fine meats although little choice, two at most three good pieces.
Nom I ate the sandwiches even if they looked like the gourmet ones. The platters of cold cuts and cheeses and fried foods are excellent, although I would avoid the battered fried prawns served together with mortadella salami. The price is a bit high, the wine is very important. For the rest very reserved
The only drawback is the location, in the city, without parking and the garden between the buildings .... although the owners have done everything to hide. Well anyway
Warm, welcoming and well-furnished restaurant. The corner with the sofa and the stove give that extra touch. Wide selection of delicacies, sandwiches and some refined cuts of meat. Sweets above average in pubs. Huge selection of beers, I was very pleased to find a classic "bitter".
I ate a delicious sandwich !!!!! High quality ingredients ... Super recommended also for the kindness and punctuality shown .... We will be happy to repeat and make ours a weekly appointment !!!!!!
