In addition to meat, there are typical local cold cuts and cheeses, oil, pasta .. All products are of excellent quality.

Returning south from Florence we moved from Castiglione del Lago specifically to make purchases from this butcher shop. We had been missing for several years and we feared there was no more or it was closed and instead it is still there in all its splendor and has not disappointed our expectations: very good products and for managers, a very nice couple. We have known it for over 12 years and it is still a firm place in time that I can recommend to everyone.

Handmade hamburgers cooked in a pan with a drizzle of oil, or on the plate they are of an infinite pleasure, and the hand-made chicken galantine and salami then rediscover the true flavors of the old-fashioned fact, combined with their professionalism, kindness and simplicity that further increase the pleasure of going to these shops which have become a rare asset to find.

One of the posts I love most in central Italy. The best artisan cured meats ever tasted made by the very nice owner. I have been jumping for twelve years every year to stock up on meats. Not to be missed.
