I carried out my curricular internship for the Degree in Biological Sciences within this structure. Working together with vets and nurses both in the laboratory and in contact with patients. I must say that I found myself very well, I was able to observe how everyone works in full professionalism and dedication, the passion of these people and their availability with the customer. I am very satisfied with my experience and I thank very much all those who have followed me on my path. In addition, I strongly recommend that anyone in need of veterinary services is entrusted to the Ferrara Animal Hospital as they have a great variety of resources and very competent doctors, nurses and receptionists.

I brought my cat here after a bad car accident. I was not at all sure that I would take her home, given the conditions. I found in this clinic: promptness, availability, professionalism, friendliness and love for animals. They did everything necessary to give it back to me. Today my kitten is with me on the sofa watching me write. Regardless of how it went, I was very satisfied with everything and regardless of the expense, I would bring it back with my eyes closed. Keeping such a structure up, with all the services 24 hours a day, obviously requires a high expense, but guarantees an excellent service. Whoever treats animals and cares for them with the love I have seen among the staff of this clinic, not only saves the "patient" but also their owner. Thanks for everything, from Alice and Psyco.

We arrived with our cat in July 2018. Only for diagnosis of urinary obstruction due to struvite stones, they asked us for 450 € EUR. In total with three days of hospitalization EUR 1,500 and they proposed an unnecessary intervention until the last, leveraging the emotionality of the moment. Once they found out that my partner is a doctor, they stopped offering it. Yesterday (Saturday) the same situation occurred again and we took the cat to another clinic (Estense Veterinary Clinic). The estimate for the same treatment, including three days of hospitalization, is 384 EUR.

I am Lucia an alleged 15 year old hound (maybe even a couple more) hospitalized in the animal hospital for 48 hours due to severe anemia and I would like to thank all the staff for their professionalism and kindness. In particular I would like to praise Dr. Fabbri and Dr. De Letteriis who have lovingly followed me and updated my masters clearly and cordially. I took my puppy for an exam that could tell me whether or not she had come into heat. I immediately noticed the professionalism of the staff and the structure. I have read many reviews where they write that it is expensive in my case I do not think they have been maybe on certain occasions they may be but in the end I find it normal it is a hospital with several specialists working within the structure, machinery to carry out tests that in most "normal" veterinary clinics there are no staff who cover every hour of the day and night. I have also read reviews where doctors would have scared the puppies, my usually frightened by the vet was very good (distracted by the doctor with some treats).
