Michele, the owner, is a kind, nice and very professional person. He really knows how to treat and ultimately win over the customer. Being a gin enthusiast, I was happily surprised to have found in his shop the famous "Cortese" tonic water, originally from Trieste, which in my area (province of Teramo) is a dream just to think of finding it. In combination he added a bottle of gin 4312, produced right in Gubbio, with the promise that if I return, we will go around together in the distillery. We added to the package a kitchen grinder of dried truffles and 4/5 small whole black truffles. In addition, as a birthday present for my partner who was celebrating 30 years, she gave us a small jar of truffle sauce. All at a really discounted price.
